Scope and current services
This policy describes the current TradeCalcZen static website. The current release does not include advertising tags, analytics tracking, user registration or a payment system. Calculator use does not require an account.
Calculator inputs and downloads
Calculations run in your browser. The calculator scripts do not send your entered values to TradeCalcZen servers. CSV exports are generated locally and saved wherever you choose. Anyone with access to your device or downloaded files may be able to read them; avoid entering sensitive personal or financial information.
Local browser storage
Favorites, recent tools and display preferences may be saved in your browser. When you enable Remember my inputs, the calculator saves that scenario on this device. Turning the switch off removes that calculator's saved scenario. Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove stored preferences and scenarios. Storage availability can vary in private browsing and when opening local HTML files.
Hosting and external resources
When you visit a hosted copy of this website, the hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver pages and may maintain access or security logs containing IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times. The website uses Google Fonts, so loading fonts can send your IP address and browser request information to Google. See Google's Privacy Policy. Your calculator inputs are not included in those font requests.
Email and external links
If you email us, your email provider and the recipient's email service process the message and contact details. Send only the information needed to explain your question. Do not send passwords, broker credentials or account statements. Links to brokers, exchanges and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics
The website includes an optional Google Analytics 4 integration to help us understand page visits and feature usage. Analytics remains disabled unless a valid TradeCalcZen measurement ID has been configured and you choose Allow analytics. If enabled with permission, the Google tag may process page URLs, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, interaction data and identifiers such as the _ga cookie. TradeCalcZen configures advertising signals off in this integration. Google acts under its own Privacy Policy.
You can decline without losing calculator functionality. Use the Analytics choices control in the footer to revisit your decision. Declining prevents this website from loading its Google Analytics tag. Browser settings can also remove existing site data. This control covers Analytics only and is not an advertising-consent system.
Advertising
No advertising tags are enabled in this release. Before advertising is introduced, this policy and the website's consent controls must be updated for the actual services and applicable requirements.
Questions and choices
You can use the calculators without enabling saved inputs, clear browser storage at any time and choose whether to follow external links. For privacy questions or requests concerning information you sent by email, use the Contact page. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. Requests are subject to applicable law.
