Every rupee, accounted for.

Sorted by estimated total cost for your selected segment.

Lowest cost means lowest estimated charges among the selected verified tariffs, not a recommendation of service quality. All trades are assumed to be closed normally before expiry. Account subscriptions, AMC, slippage, dealer orders, auto-square-off, physical settlement, option exercise and margin penalties are excluded. Currency segment activation and eligibility must be checked with the broker.

Understand your costs

Compare the segment you actually use.

A delivery investor and an active options trader may get different results. Select your usual trade size and order count, then compare the total charge and monthly estimate. Next, check the broker’s platform, reliability, support and account fees before deciding.

Which segments are covered?

Equity delivery, intraday, futures and options; currency futures and options; non-agricultural commodity futures and options; and equity MTF. Product availability and account eligibility are separate from tariff coverage. Unsupported or unverified tariffs remain visible but are excluded from the ranking.

How the calculation works

Trade value = price × shares, or premium/contract price × lots × units per lot. Brokerage is calculated on each buy and sell order. STT/CTT and stamp duty use the applicable side of the trade. GST is applied to taxable service charges. Net P&L = sale proceeds − purchase cost − total charges.

Exchange charges for equity include the published IPFT component; currency IPFT is shown separately for NSE. STT and stamp duty are rounded to whole rupees; other charges to paise. Contract-note rounding and daily aggregation can differ. Equity examples assume ordinary shares, not ETFs or special exempt instruments. Commodity examples exclude agricultural, electricity and special promotional contracts.

Why “₹0 brokerage” can still cost money

Zero brokerage does not remove transaction taxes, exchange charges or delivery DP fees. The comparison includes these charges so a cheap headline fee does not hide the amount paid on your actual scenario.

Are monthly costs an exact bill?

No. Monthly figures repeat the entered trade scenario the number of times you choose. They exclude AMC and plan subscriptions; each broker’s account-fee note appears in its breakdown. You can download your comparison with the inputs and tariff sources.
